Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for changes in travel plans, appointment rescheduling, or decisions made by airlines, embassies, or immigration authorities. Refunds will be issued only if we fail to deliver the purchased service as described. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method only.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 10 to 15 working days to reflect in the original payment source. Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a user makes duplicate payments due to a technical issue, they may request a full refund for the extra payment. Verification may be required before processing such refunds.

Errors in Booking Details

Any errors in booking details must be reported within 5 minutes of placing the order. After this period, modifications, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible.

Service Validity & Limitations

Temporary flight itineraries are generated based on available airline systems and may change or expire without notice. We are not responsible for early expiration or non-acceptance of documents by third parties. One replacement may be provided at our discretion if an itinerary expires shortly after issuance. No further replacements or refunds are guaranteed.

flightqicket.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at its discretion. If service is canceled by us, an appropriate refund will be issued where applicable.
